The Critical Infrastructure Database

The CRI Critical Infrastructure Database is a secure portal for preparedness communication between Columbus and Franklin County private PODs and Columbus and Franklin County health departments. The database collects information such as the number of employees and establishes redundant emergency contacts. The database also gives access to Cities Readiness Initiative plans and procedures. It is a resourceful and simple way to keep your records up-to-date.

Data collected from First Responder Agencies:

- Main Contact (Registrant) Name, Email, and Phone Number

- Agency's Address

- Total number of Employees and Employees plus family members (collect in Attachment A2: Dispensing Roster)

- Names of personnel authorized to pick up medication from your agency

- Dispensing location

- Additional Emergency contacts (up to 3 total)
